Valerie came to our house on a service call for an issue with our hot water heater. She diagnosed the issue in a few minutes and informed my wife that there was nothing wrong with the water heater. American NW Plumbing is awesome! My husband and I called to request a consultation with a plumber who could teach us how to winterize our condo. We first talked with Sheena in the office, who assured us that the plumber would be able to tell us everything we needed to know. We were so impressed when Wallace came to our home and walked us through the winterizing process and explained in detail and actually walked us through the steps. After he showed us how to winterize our entire home, he walked us through the steps we would need to follow to open the house back up. He explained what to watch for and told us where we could get the products needed. Wallace was professional and friendly. He spent more than an hour with us and answered all of the questions we had. He checked our water heater, toilets, sinks etc., and told us to please call him if we had any further questions. When we asked how much we owed him, he told us that this was all part of his job.
