Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by America NW Plumbing, Heating & Cooling (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By requesting or using our services, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Services

  • The Company provides plumbing, heating, and cooling services to residential and commercial customers in North Idaho and Eastern Washington.
  • Services include, but are not limited to: installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing fixtures, drains, water heaters, sewer systems, leak detection, repiping, frozen pipe repair, water quality systems, hose bibbs, shut-off valves, bathroom remodel plumbing, inspections, and HVAC installation/repair.
  • Emergency plumbing and HVAC services are offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to technician availability.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • Estimates are provided as good-faith approximations based on available information. Final costs may vary if unforeseen issues arise or if additional materials are required.
  • All pricing is subject to applicable taxes and fees.
  • Emergency services and after-hours calls may incur additional charges.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, or major credit/debit cards.
  • Past-due balances may be subject to additional fees, including reasonable costs of collection.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Non-emergency appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.\
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a service fee.
  • Emergency service requests, once dispatched, may not be canceled without incurring a charge for time and travel.

5. Warranties

  • The Company warrants its workmanship for a limited period. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment when provided by the supplier.
  • Warranties do not cover issues resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow recommendations.
  • Temporary or emergency repairs are not covered unless followed by recommended permanent solutions.

6. Emergency Services

  • Emergency services are available 24/7. Response times are prioritized but cannot be guaranteed due to weather, traffic, or simultaneous emergencies.
  • Emergency service rates, including after-hours rates, may apply and will be communicated when possible prior to dispatch.
  • The Company reserves the right to decline emergency service if conditions make it unsafe or impossible to perform the work.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company is not liable for pre-existing conditions in the customer’s plumbing, HVAC systems, or property.
  • Liability is limited to the direct cost of the services provided.
  • The Company is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, water damage, mold growth, or loss of use.

8. Website Use

  • The content of the Company’s website is provided for general informational purposes only.
  • While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, no guarantee is made as to its completeness, reliability, or availability.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho (for Idaho services) and the State of Washington (for Washington services).
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the county where the services were performed.

10. Changes to Terms

  • The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Company’s website with a new “Last Updated” date.
